Slap or kick even with immunity

Ok so what i want to do is be able to give ADMIN_LEVEL_H to say 4 of my members and those members will be able to slap and kick other members even if they have immunity is this possible lol im guessing i would have to define the level that i want them to be able to use but how and where i start this is beyond me so any pointers would be great

Why not just take away their immunity...

Cos they will ban and slap each other lol so i just want the few gd guys to be able to do it the the other members so they stop messing about :p
