I myself am just learning how to write plugins for amxmodx mainly for dod tho.

You should get yourself the amx studio and then maby download some of the smaller plugins on here and open them up in the amx studio and take a look how things work and then when u start to make plugins if you get stuck post here as people are always happy to help you
