as itsays u may think this daft but at mo whne some 1 gets a head shot the soerver players the bullshit sound and id like to stop this but like a n00b i forgot how 2 :( can some 1 help me please.

umm if i understand what you mean correctly...

its in the stats menu.. and if that doesnt do it.. then you have another plugin running thats doing it
