does anyone know of a plugin to gag players on entry to a server via Steamid or name automatically ?

We have evil admin but I want to be able to gag someone as they join without having to be there.

I need a plugin like this. I want to be able to gag players upon entry of the server.

Either use evil_stfu through HLSW so you dont have to be in the server, just need the program HLSW. Or use voiceban which you can add steam id's to a file and they are muted.
