DOD Prisoner

This plugin allows you to take other players prisoner. I wrote it long ago but just realised that I never released it.

In order to take someone prisoner:
-You must be armed
-They must be standing still (Sneak up on them - avoids close combat "prison taking" that's unrealistic)
-You hold your USE key while touching them, then drag them across to a "prison."

When you take someone prisoner, it disarms them and forces them to move with you, as if you are dragging them by the neck. It also pops up on their screen that they've been taken prisoner so they understand what's going on.

You can then torture them, shoot them, and even have your way with them (PG-13)

The only cvar is dod_prisoner <0/1>

Works great! Cool to drag mg sissys out in the open and buttsmack them :) But with dod_tackle u can get out off your enemys grip. Some would like that others wont i guess. G1 again Wilson, thx...

lol I haven't had it on my server in a while but it is a really fun plugin..trying to get prisoners..sorta forgot how much fun it was shanking people with this :P

any possible way you can make this so it doesnt use the USE button or "e"?? please? like it be nice if this can be used with the letter like T. cuz i have dod push and its using the E so no admins can use this tight plugin

wilson will this make it to where you push the key take them prisoner and you dont have to keep the key held down. kinda makes it hard when you have to hold the key down and talk and walk and strafe. is that possible or is that what this one does.

When you have amxmodx 1.81 for example, amxmisc is already included. Compile the plugin on this website or locally and place it in there.

Do you get error messages about this plugin? amxmodx/configs/logs/error_date of message.

As a person for whom English isn't a native language I understand you are trying but I don't understand a thing you are saying in your posts. Since you clearly seem to understand us (or google translate does) I am going to try it once more. If this doesn't work, I suggest you let somebody from your clan ask the questions if their English is better.

Click the compile menu and select which amxmodx version you have.

If you dont know which version you have do this:

Join your server with full admin priviledges, open your console by pressing ~ and type:

rconpassword "put your rcon password here

rcon meta list

Then you will see something like this:

Click on the version you have, and click on the "OK" button.

- Now place the dod_prisoner.amxx file into your addons/amxmodx/plugins/
- Put dod_prisoner.amxx in addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins.ini

If you dont have amxmodx, download here at www.amxmodx.org

Let say you have all done this, see if there is an error file about dod_prisoner like for example this file:

Dont feel sorry, Im Dutch and I suck at English as well. At the moment you are running amxmodx 1.76, I really suggest you update it to either 1.81 or 1.82. There is a large chance that the reason that you can't run this plugin is due to an outdated amxmodx version.
