Plugin from linux to windows?

Ok i purchased a server from www.veeservers.com and the servers he provides are windows. He said the plugins i have need to be windows plugins, not linux. How do i change that?

amxx plugins themselves.. doesnt matter what os they are used on.. but as for like metamod, amxx dll itself (and the modules) would need to use the *.dll files instead of the *.so files
