RoundFinisher with time limit

ok so some dude posted an idea and i got another idea from it.

i hardly ever request public work but this would be dope as hell and i know nothing of coding but im sure this would take one such as wilson , d-o or tats a few to 30 min maybe. or maybe im wrong


basically i want to have it so that if allies or axis dont win within the time limit of say 20 min (or whatever the cvar is set to) then everyone gets slayed with a sound that says GOD DAMM YOU ARE ALL NOOBS (or something like that)

and then they all respawn and have a go at it again

Not that complicated, but the question is how you plan on restarting the round.

i dont want it to lol....see thats the simplicity. all i want is everyone get slayed and thats it. but there has to be a hud and voice message saying why all got slayed. just as soon as they get slayed the timelimit i set it at (for one teeam to win) will restart
