is there a dod_medic plugin for mani_admin?

this forum is basically for DoD 1.3 & AMXmodX....

while there are 2 old SourceMod plugins here, this isnt really a source-based forum but if it was, it would be geared towards SourceMod, as SourceMod > Mani Mod & SourceMod is similar to AMXX

and the fact that there isnt anything here concerning mani, i would assume no one here does anything with it when it comes to plugins ... so the reason you probably havent got an answer to this request is because no one here writes stuff for mani

as the author of dod_medic for AMXX I have to stay I personally have no plans of porting it over to MANI or even SourceMod ... I just have never used either and have no desire yet to start...

does anyone maybe know if the dod_medic plugin is working for Mani?
i've played servers with mani where dod_medic is working, so it must be possible, but i can't find anything on the internet

Unless Mani was built as an "upgrade" to AMXX the dod_medic plugin can not simply be dropped in, and expect it to work.. mind you I could be wrong, I just have - knowledge of Mani

What I would assume is that someone took the source code and changed all the amxx functions into Mani equivalents ... my usggestion is to try and find the owner of the server you say has a medic plugin on it and ask about it..

I am sorry I can not be of more help though...

as i answered in the SourceMod dod_medic post.. its for SourceMod not mani.. so the server you saw it on either got a medic plugin for mani mod from somewhere else, or they are running both Mani & SourceMod
