I need help installing dod plugins

Im a noob at this so if anyone can help. I already have server up and running. A guide from start to finish on where to put files so they work on my server. Any help appreciated feel free to PM me.

Thanks to all of you for the help I got it up and running a few days ago. Works great!! Just wasn't paying attention to what I was doing wrong. Next time I'll take more time to look. I got your pm {DwP} everyone needs help sometimes. Thanks again for the help.
