I need add some lines in some dod cfg or bot.cfg about this metamod? to work?

If possible tell me the basic procedure to install metamod.

All I got from metamod site is one file called Metamod-1.19-win.rar
that have a Metamod.dll.

I never use metamod in my life, so I ask what I need to do to make this dll work.
