Just wondering if anyone has sturmbots working on there server? If so are they running with the current version of amxmodx? I can get those retarded shrike bots working but I'm having no luck with sturmbots.

If you have a linux server, sturmbot won't run with the current version.

hmm I have sturmbots running on Linux server with amxmodx 1.8
my provider installed them for me as I was running shrikebot but he suggested strumbot are better in his opinion.

no idea what changes he might have made to get them running but they do work.

If you have a linux server, sturmbot won't run with the current version.

They do work on any form of OS, inpart from, below 2000 windows due to binaries, any 2000 above Windows OS and ANY Linux flavours works great.

example :
85.8.132.233:27015 LLOD |*EU* Lastlineofdefence.com
85.8.132.233:27035 LLOD | *Eu* Community ava donner flash saints

i trust that this helps

If your going to quote someone please use the correct name.
I do shrikebot waypoints for the dod community, and its a lot of work.
If I can tell people to use sturmbot I will do so gladly. They're a lot more waypoints out there for sturm.
Please share some info for the community. I did a lot of research last year and had to go with shrikebot.
I was told buy the sturmbot support team that version 1.6 doesn't work well with dod, and that with the version of linux we were running, that sturmbot would not work.
I don't even know what version of linux my gsp is running offhand, just that sturmbot would not work on it.

To confirm and dont wish to waste more time, Sturmbots work on any flavour of Linux, as long as banaries are produced, which in your case they are, or you wouldnt have a server on there at all.

sturmbot stability, doesnt change the server stability making it weaker in any way.
sturmbots also create there own waypoints, even for custom maps, even though you can self develope them, they can learn from there own mistakes. K:D ratio, skill, etc

your post has come across as if u think i have offended you, i dont normally post on forums, especially to assist others. I trust i have assistsed your origional post and the concurrent post made, wish you well with your sturmbot venture.

best regards
