I am having trouble with the dropgreandes script?

I have it loaded correctly from what i can tell, and when i use the enable command it states that it is already enabled - but when someone dies no nades show up??? - can anyone help figure out why?? - am i missing an engine that is needed??

Probably missing a file...check your logs.
