Chat colours different for admins

I don't know if this has been done before or if its possible but I've seen it on CS. Can someone make a plugin that makes the colour of chat for admins a different colour from everyone else's chat? Even making the admin's name appear in a different colour. It would be nice also if admin chat could be in a different colour as well.

I've seen this plugin for CS. I like how you can change the colours at will.

pretty sure colored chat, like a bunch of cstrike plugins do, doesnt work in dod

bind KEY "messagemode amx_say"

Then press the KEY to which you bound it and it works like regular all chat, but gets displayed if you're dead and always comes up the "yellow" instead of your team colour.
