w_webley model

As you probably know, the standard w_webley model is just a copy of the w_colt model. But for a plugin I'm writing, I needed a more realistic w_model for the webley.

My original work wasn't too cool. But per D-O's suggestion (below), I converted the p_webley.mdl to use as a w_webley and it worked great (thanks for the idea).

wouldnt it look better if you just made the p_webley model into a w_ model?
