Can you help me to create a logo like the one your created on your avamods? Ive tried using black, blue and white background and still the sprites shows the background.

Use Alphatest, it is like a .gif, with 255 colors for the picture,
and the last color in the palette is for transparency. So if the background color of your picture is black, then when you run Sprite wizard, you pick it as the last color, using alpha test, then produce your sprite.
