I know this section is more a section to discuss and help each other on modeling/custom modeling. However I've been using this custom modeling site for years not only for plugins or server additions but also for my clients.

The community is called DoD Editing Centre and to my regret the community is no longer supported but edgenetwork still allows people to download whatever they want.

A FEW NOTES:
- This was the "home" in my opinion 2 of the best custom modelers: Splinter and Dillinger.

- This is a popup heaven, so have a good popup killer and it wont bother you

- Certain screenshots don't work. You will notice that any work of Splinter does not contain a screenshot anymore. If I had the space for it I would download the entire community and provide it so it won't disappear.

- This community contains a lot of good looking russian weapon models. They are meant as a client conversion but perhaps could be used in the future as a server sided conversion? I dont know if this is possible or if it would contain a lot of work as I have no idea where to start. Perhaps a penny for your thought. It contains weapons models from a togarev to a p1 handgrenade.

This site is there but its not functioning at all. I clicked on all links used different pc's and tried more than one browser but no link there takes you anywhere its always stuck on the first and second page list.
Is it still working? Is there any sites like that other than fpsbanana?

I wish you could ask them to host this site from here so it will never disappear.

have a good one

The downloads will remain availble for as long as edgenetwork will allow it.

The source now became a Grand Theft Auto website....perhaps if you are able to contact edgenetwork and ask if they have a backup, Im even willing to host it from my dedi.
