Help for my new plugin

Hello,

I request your help to correct my new plugin
It's a plugin to warn players with the choice of punishment for each level

Currently it only work with SQL

Before it work but with the AMXX 1.75 version and the new SQL system I have some problems :
- no SQL request work
- the first character of the reason is delete
- function kick and tempban don't work

I hope somebody can look my plugin...

Gotta wait for the attachments to get approved before we can look at them. Next time paste the code up it's easier.
