Good day all. I want to take dodx / dodfun / hamsamwich and dod.so/dll and make a single all inclusive module for it. I have talked alot about this, and I am NOT up to the task of doing it by myself. What I need is some people who would be willing to work on it. If we can get what I envision, we can totally rework DoD to meet the way we like to play it. Add whatever we want, or take out whatever we want. We could potentially incorporate things we like from DoD:S and or other games. There are so many possibilities its not even funny. However, we need to take that first step, and that is get at least 4 people together who can do the following:

1) C and or C++ programming.
2) Willingness to read
3) Can work in a group
4) Has time to spend on the project.

If you meet these requirements I will say to you first, goto the following and get the code for the above mentioned amxx modules:

http://svn.tcwonline.org/viewvc.cgi/trunk/dlls/?root=amxmodx

Dont try to compile anything yet. Just look thru the code. Once you understand it, which it is not hard, you can setup a time to chat with me on MSN or IRC or VoIP I can walk you thru some basics. The best thing to look at is DoDFun. It is a very BASIC module.

PLEASE, let me know. I need the motivation, and the only way I will work on it is if I have someone else there saying, 'Hey check this out!', or 'Hey how is that coming, here is what I've done', or best yet, 'Ok your stuck here is how I think it could work'

With that I think we could add multiple layers of things. Hell we could even skip amxmodx alltogether and make a metamod module, again VERY simple, just tedious and time consuming in the debuging process. I hope I get some bites to this. Again, only serious people please!!! If you have learned Amxmodx programming, the next step is not difficult.

Cheers!
