http fast downloading

I got a problem getting it to work my set up is sv_downloadurl "http://myserver.com/dod" is this the right way to set this up? I have a web host but still cant seem to get it to work right (I am running my DOD server on a windows home server) could the homeserver be blocking the http? any help on this to make it work greatly appreciated been trying to get it set up for 2 weeks now. :(. Already looked on steam no help there. PM me or post if you can help.

yes thats the right way. Can you goto http://myserver.com/dod in your browser?
If you get permission denied error, you must set this up as a subdomain through your webhost.

Yes I can get to the http page and see the maps and sounds but it still downloads from server and not webhost. Cant figure out why. Only thing I can figure Homeserver is blocking it from going to downloading from host not sure.(I am thinking of running server on another computer and see what happens.) forgot homeserver is not an HP its a custom build I put together.

Got it meathead Homeserver was blocking web page added it to safe list http fast downloading works now. Thanks for the help. Homeserver a pain in the a@# to work with sometimes but great when you get it set the way you want (after you pull your hair out trying to figure it out)
I didnt even think about it blocking the web page now it wont unless server goes down.
