How to Restrict Weapons from DOD server

ok, I have the amxmodmenu. They are all shown except for "Restrict Weapons" option isnt available for use.

I want to be able to restrict some weapons suck as "mg42" and so on.

I would like also to know if there is a way I can have it as a Vote so that players would vote for it to be restricted. Thats how it shows below

I know i'm asking more than one thing, but I just have many things in my mind that I want to get done on my server.

I want ALL Players wheather they are members or just outside players, to be able to use Vote.
I would preffer if someone has a plugin for this. I want everyone to be able to vote.

All I have is "Vote_gravity" and ONLY admins are able to use this vote, I want it public.
I would also preffer a way that if I type in chat "Vote" that I would get a menu asking me what I want to vote for.


One Last thing, I have Adrenaline Mod "Booster" but its always turned on, I want to be able to have Players (ALL Players) to vote to turn booster on or off. how to do this? I dont know the command that turns it on or off, its just ON all the time.
And I'm I able to change the way its making me invisible? its shows me invisible in a White GLOW, its not invisibility as I thought it would be. I want to be able to be all invisible with just little to show.

Sorry, one more, I want to add more than 3 booster options. It only gives me 3 options, 1. Invisibility. 2.Health. 3.Speed.

I want stuff like, flashing, health with hp. and more. Not just three.

So go to your amxmodx folder and start looking at the cfg files
e.g custommenuitems.cfg
By looking at all of the files you should be able to see other things that you can do rather than just getting 1 question at a time answered.

You are right noddy. I'm still learning and to what I have got right now I'm thankful for. My point is that sometimes I feel lost, I think I got it but I doubt it and so I was asking too much here. I apologize for the headache. and thank you for the reply I really appreciate your help. I'm helping myself from now but if I feel confused I will try to do more research.
