Help!

someone in my server just complained to me about seeing "enemies" in white color when he uses scope. He took a screen shot of it below

But I asked everyone else and they dont see that. It just normal. But why he's able to see enemies in white when he scopes at them.
He went to other servers and the problem only exists when he plays on my server. He told me that in other servers he's able to see enemies normal when he scope at them but in my server shows white enemy in scope.

Please I need to know what is causing this. I'm afraid this could happen to anyone who plays on my server.
