How to increase hitboxes?

I dont need to improve my aim, but i need to make bigger the hitboxes in my server...

its been so long so i cant remember for sure, but i think sv_clienttrace has some effect on hitboxes or something similar... I think default value was something like 3.5 but if i think if you increase the number you can have worse aim (i think i remember messing around with it and setting it to a huge number and i could aim 5 feet off to the side of someone and still hit them)
