TimeOut-dod server problem!

Can u guys help me out pls!I need seriously answers where i couldnt found
about it in google!
My Problem is that after mapchange we players drope with callad"TimeOut"!
Sometimes we drope a bit and somtimes we drope a lot by the mapchnange!

hook us up with the amx_plugins (or amxx plugins) printout, and maybe a "meta list" printout
