Is it possible to make it when a person is running, their body shifts up and down like in real life. So that when they are running, the sreen bobs up and down (just like how when you prone and you try to move, your sreen jerks left and right)

Interesting idea.
The dod dev team incorporated this to an extent. If you use the regular animated crosshair you'll see that your accuracy is greatly decreased when running. They didn't physically bob the screen though.
Yes this is possible by using ENT_VEC_punchangle like what happens in diamond's famous shellshock plugin.
Diamond might know a little bit more about making it "bob" slowly but when I have used punchangle in the past it shoots real fast. Hopefully he'll comment.

you would have to do it small like.. lol
i think similar to how the volume or fov returns to normal in the shellshock..
sorta set a task and have it increase it a small amount.. another task.. small amt.. so on.. but short tasks so the screen doesnt move instantly.. say you set each task for 0.1 and each task increases the angle by 1.. then instead of it going from say an angle of 0 -> 20 in one frame or whatever.. it would take 2 seconds to move up to 20.. you'd have to obviously play with it more then that to get it right.. tho im not sure how 'smooth' it would look.. there might be a better way to go about it then punchangle..
