Hook PlugIn

I have been hearing alot about a Hook Plug In and can't find it anywhere. I was wondering if anyone had a site to where I could get it? Thank you.:D

The one for adminop is really good. I got that in my server and works really well :) I don't mean to be a little @ss here but could someone try make a plugin to get a vote to turn this metamod plugin off? I have one for adminmod with a ff plugin to vote on or off. Can someone mabye try that?
