Trying to find this in the amx scripts folder so I can turn it on in my server however I can't seem to find it. Does it require downloading or am i just looking in the wrong spot....

Any news on this. All I want to do is be able to mute people from using their mics when they get a little noisy in my server

The EvilAdmin plugin has a command that disables a players chat and VoiceComm, give that a shot.
