Client errors printed in console

Anyone seen this or know what might be causing it? Seems a lot of the players are getting it and being dropped from the server.

I figured all you guys might have seen or know what this is....

This a linux server? And where did you get that information as my server ppl have been dropping like mad for the past while...I hate it cause no one comes on the server...

i used to get that (and things very similar) often on mine...

dont know what i did to get rid of it lol.. i must have tried like 100 things then eventually i noticed it wasnt happening anymore..

so i have no clue

Linux server and I got the information from the console after being dumped.


I havent had any new plugins.. I do have the new amxmodx :confused:


That is the ONLY new thing about my server. I had been running the damage mod from Tatsu, but is is not on at the moment and I really dont think it has anything at all to do with my problem as I have seen this issue without the plugin being installed.

D-O... Big help there man! Lol.

God this is driving me nuts. I may convert back to amxmodx 1.76b and see if that was it.

Why dont u try using the old amxmodx if u got the problem after installing the new amxmodx just go back.

Anyway. This hit the nail right on the head, there is something causing the problem within amxmodx 1.76c... :confused:

1.76b works fine. I will stay here until the newer update.

i was just informed that several ppl have been getting these errors alot on my server lately..



if you use the dod stats plugin you can try reverting it to see if that changes anything but otherwise they're making an anecdotal and bogus conclusion


going to give it a try... tho i really doubt thats it.. cause i dont even use what was changed in the dod stats

Have you guys updated to 1.76c? I haven't yet and I'm not getting anyone saying this on my server... Maybe it's Amxx?

I have been running 1.76c since it was released and have not heard of any issue like this... the most recent I did have had to do with my server location (I don't know why, or how) but something with the NY boxes was just weird for me (Bloodservers.com), my GameServers.com NY server never had any problem, so I do not know if it was the specific box I was on or if there is a different datacenter the 2 seperate compaines use, but I doubt that...

anyways, I was plauged with those strange errors (not for me but for others) and actually come to a point where NONE of my plugins would let the server run... since I knew none of the plugins were at fault I knew it had to do with the machine I was on.. so I sent BS a support ticket and requested a location change... Moved to Chicago and my daily average of players DOUBLED in less then a week... no notice was given to anyone that the server moved, it just moved and seemed to become popular again... so there was probably more people with issues, they just never bothered to inform anyone of them... which can be a problem for all of us if noone reports back issues...

The only problem I now have "again" is that goddamn Kalt error, and reliable channel overflow... seems some servers like Kalt and others do not... does anyone know or have figured out what exactly it is about Kalt that does this ??

Actually Tatsu I remember being on your server when you asked me to check out the Damage Mod and I got a load of errors with .cfg files or something. I thought I said it to ya (obviously not)

hmmm, missing cfg files... thats something I have not heard of yet coming from my server... thanx for the heads up though...

I'm pretty sure it was the GameServers server though...Probably happened to all them seeing as there is new files in the server now...The Half Life files

With us it was the Shtikebot plugin. Turned it off, it went away.

However the answer to stop the error, and keep your bot plugin, is to turn your sv_timeout to 22. This should rid you of the bug for good. :)
