Enabling Stats

I know its something pretty easy, but i never actually knew how to enable the /rank and /stats thing in the server. I know its gotta do something with modules or something, just wondering if anyone can help.thx.

Enable the stats plugin in plugins.ini

Then in the amxmodmenu, hit "More" and hit "Stats"
