This plugin is a basic medic plugin. If someone is below the set health, they can type in !medic and receive some life back.

Cvarlist (default value):
dod_medic_health_maximum 30 <Maximum Health left to be able to use !medic>
dod_medic_health_give 40 <Amount of health to give when !medic is used>

Just a note, how do you install plugins on Source. Is it any different from 1.3?

Not really. You need to compile it and drop the .spx in the plugins folder. Thats it. SM will load it at mapchange. Any plugin in the plugins folder gets loaded automatically....no more adding it to plugins.ini (well unless you want to debug it or shut it off/on during certain maps).
