zor fixed stuff up so now plugins can be downloaded, spam topics have been removed and there will be admins around when he is away being his busy self..

oh and the webcompiler is @ http://www.dodplugins.net/compiler/ (http://www.dodplugins.net/forums/../compiler/) but it seems to only go up to amxx 1.71 at the present moment..
