Please help figure this out!

I have tried to post on the Allied Modders forum where I originally found the "hats" plugin - it says that it is not mod specific - but the original creator siad that he made it for CS - he does not work on DoD plugins, so I can not get hi to look into why it is not working on my DoD server - I have a DoD 1.6 server on a linux machine, so if anyone can help figure out why this plugin will not work right on my server, I would greatly appreciate it - I have tried to learn scripting on my own - but I have not been able to figure much out besides "values" and "permissions" - please help - I can be reached on XFire name "dragonsbreath", steamid "dragonsbreath", or e-mail clayton@webcats.net - thank you in advance for any help

works fine for me...

did you put the models and ini file on the server in the right places??

is it giving you any errors? does amx_plugins (or rcon amxx plugins) show that its running??

the menu does not work for me - I get no errors - amx_plugins says it is running - I can use the amx_givehat "name" "model #" command and give a hat to someone, but even though it works and gives a hat, it says unknown command - ??????? - diamond, is your server that you tested on , a windows based server, or a linux based server??

thank you for the help diamond - puting it at the top of the pluginsini list did the trick - and all other plugins still work - the code was conflicting in a certian order, but working in a different order

what actually does this plugin do put hats on people i guess tell me about it pl

ya it comes with various 'stock' hats or such.. and basically it sticks the model on the players head.. the screen shot i attached a few posts up shows me with a viking helmet thing on lol..

and also in the case of the angel, you get wings on your back as well, and the devil gives you a tail...etc

tho some look a bit ugly because they are either pretty bad models/textures to begin with lol, or the players helmet pokes thru it in places..

I have two windows servers at home, v1.76c. When I install this plugin and start server it shows loaded 13 hats, then precaches 12 models. When I try and join server the 12 models dl, then game crashes to desktop. i put HatList.ini in amxmodx/configs/. models in models/hats
Also i added another hat model and it shows loaded 14 hats.
If anyone can help me please do, I really want to get this working, and am sure Im missing something.
