Ok a really good friend of mine also have a server, and that server crashed like every 10 min. It said in gsconsole.logrn

Cache_TryAlloc: 3981024 is greater then free hunk
rnrnSo i googled that and found these forum threads:rnrnhttp://www.rip2001.com/ripforum/viewtopic.php?t=2487&sid=cfcf8e2fef85f336c686411c5e0fe3ffrnrnhttp://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=672575&highlight=Hunk_Alloc+FailedrnrnAnd noticed that the server had the cvarguard running, so i disabled that, and now its running fine again.rnrnI also noticed that when I go into any server and change anything via my console like cl_ commands, lightgamma etc. my game crashes. rnrnSo if you are running with some plugins that force something out to clients(players) try and stop them it may help....

Both me and GSR have been using Vet's plugin and we are going basicly without crashes. The only time a player crash is when the deathcam does not follow a player. With the server almost full the chances of that happening are slim to none.rnrnThe server is running perfect and almost all clients who connect can stay online without freezing. The server is just a mess on all the overwrite the update caused....so I will have to spend some time on that when im sober and have free time on my hand.

Well about the update steam says:rnrn

A new set of Steamworks features have been released for all Half-Life 1 engine multiplayer games: Counter-Strike 1.6, Condition Zero, Team Fortress Classic, Deathmatch Classic, Ricochet, Day of Defeat and Half-life 1 Deathmatch. The update includes Steamworks features such as player avatars in the scoreboard when playing Counter-Strike and Condition Zero. The update also contains several bug fixes, listed below. Note that this update will require all game servers to restart.rnrnBug FixesrnrnrnRemoved the need to manually re-login and re-authenticate to Steam while in gamernrnFixed a crash on startup when running windowed with a non-standard desktop resolutionrnrnRemoved the display of saytext (in-game chat text) from players whom you've blocked in Steam friendsrnrnLocked down several engine cvars to prevent malicious script exploitsrnrnEnforced file consistency on several sprites in Counter-StrikernrnRemoved "ex_extrapmax" cvar (no longer needed)rnrnrnServerrnrnAdded "-noaff" command-line option to disable setting of thread affinityrnrnAdded "bannedcfg" cvar so admins can choose which file is written to by the "writeid" commandrn
rnrnrnAnd if "Locked down several engine cvars to prevent malicious script exploits" is making the server send out cmd's to the clients it will cource alot of problems with alot plugins...rnrnThe other server where i removed the cvarguard is still running perfect... Well its just 2 cents ya know ;)
