lately ive had some ppl that i cant spectate. I think this is a bug in names with certain combinations of characters, but idk. anyone seen this aswell?

ive been having a bunch of issues since the recent steam updates over the past week or two.. But i have not noticed any issues when it comes to spectating people

95% of the time when u cant spec a player or it goes to him and all it goes away right away or after a few sec to a diff player means that user is running a thrin party program such as hlss but most of the time hacks.

Or, you just kick the player, he comes back and you can spectate him. It's an old dod bug which I've ran across so many times.rnrnYes there are hacks who do this, yes 3rd party programs can cause this. The funny part is, it even happens to me. You would have to take my word for it but my pc is too slow to run 3rd party programs and hacking, well...I suck too hard to hack.

I have had talks about this same problem for a very long time. When my servers are full I notice almost every time there is 1 person I can not spectate. The problem also seems to be related to slots# 29-32. I have never noticed or seen a record for any spec glitch in any other slot. I do not rule out hackers but I do feel that there is more going on like the old dod bug that Tank mentioned. I have seen good players, bad players, and friends have the same problems.rnrnI welcome a solution to this problem. I have heard to many times some one should be banned for some spectate hacks and realized that not all the players are hackers.
