nn*btw* as far as price range.. idk, maybe like $1500 (american) but i also need basically new everything.. especially a monitor.. and if it means anything.. basically it would be for gaming... (as good for gaming would pretty much cover anything else i really do)

first off... use www.pricewatch.com to "shop" online vendors and their price...n nThe latest tech for video card is PCI-e, and currently ATI and nVidia are competing in their SLI lines... (ATI version is referred to as Crossfire) ...n nAudio - Creative ... just decide on how "crisp" you want the sound ... unless audio isn't a big deal then most onboard audio is perfect for anyone else...n nI am partial to Intel and ATI (disappointed how AMD scooped up ATI, but oh well) so any of my "recomendations" are biased toward these two companies ... and usually when I buy a Pentium, I personally get an Intel motherboard to go with it .. to me just makes the most sense... but I have built many "odd" setups, mostly with AMD and nVidia ... strange how that all works out, I run nothing but Intel and ATI, and everyone who has me build for them wants AMD and nVidia.... and considering how ATI and AMD are "one" now.. I am still suprised to not see many of these "combinations"n nAnyways... to give a true recommendation you have to describe its usage, and future usage within the next 3-4 years... n nNow, I HAVE to recommend the SAMSUNG BW226 LCD 22' widescreen LCD .. for $300 you are getting some prime real estate and is as sharp as my Katana...n n ndual core with hyper threading = 4 processors !! FTW
