Lo GuysrnrnI'm thinking of adding a map management plugin and i was wondering if anyone uses Deagles map management? http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=518792rnrnWell my questions are:rnrn1. Is this the one where at map change you get the vox announcement "loading enviroment onto your computer" ??. As i've been on servers using it.rnrn2. If it is, has anyone had any issues with it.rnrnYeah i could load it up and try but i can't be arsed and i'd like a bit of feedback from the community! :PrnrnThanks!

Yes that is the one with the announcement, I installed it this A.M. after many requests. So far so good on my home windows server. I have used the older version before and took it back off, cant remember exactly why tho. rnrnI had the same reservations as you but decided to try it anyways. Am also interested in some more feedback.

It would be great if one could automatically read the maps in the /map/ directory, so you wouldn't need to add em to an ini every time you upload. And just have an ini listing maps you don't want voted for.

I believe Wilson would like this plugin to list the bsp file names. A good idea, and ill bet it could be done.

I recently had to make a config file for every map on the server just to get one plugin running on 8 maps. What a pain!rnI have also seen a plugin where the map list changes daily.rnDon't know if that is part of deagles or not?

To turn random weapons on for some maps by default. Had to have an amx_dodrandom 1 or 0.nThanks Zor. Will try that out.

couldnt you just put the general setting in the server.cfg file.. then any changes just put in the maps you want...nnor instead of server.cfg & dod_mapname.cfg's, use amxx.cfg and map specific amxx configs

Had it in the server.cg but could only switch by admin command, (maybe I did it incorrectly), and I'll have to look up map specific amx configs. I didn't know about that!
