Yo.rnrnWell, I guess some of you have experience with the mentioned botmods. Which one is best? I guess both have + and - sides. What would YOU choose? :) rnrnI'm thinking of getting some bots in my server to help keep it populated. Bots are boring for the most but I find that having max bots of 4-6 works well with getting people in.rnrnOh, and I only run non-standard maps on my server. It's not a lot of maps, it is the custom maps used in cal + a few more and some I ported from cs. So does any of the bots have waypoints included for like the popular custom maps like orange, lennon, railroad etc?

I have a way point team for shrikebot at http://www.italiatela.com/. We have done maroon, orange and a lot of the new ones. Sturmbot does not run on a linux server, and It's creator was killed in the Thailand typhoon several years ago. We are the only group actively supporting shrikebot that I know of.rn We also have a new botchat text file.

Installed shrikebots, I've used them before so I didnt have to get into a lot of new stuff. They work good I guess. Though I am a little worried about DoD, interest seems to have fallen drastically the last 2-3 months. Maybe the last summer before its all about source?

Maybe the last summer before its all about source?nni doubt dod source will overtake dod.. ndod 1.3 might have less servers then source, but it still has more ppl playingnnand things should start picking up again soon.. now that school is winding down and once ppl get bored with GTA (my server actually took a big hit since the day GTA4 was released lol)

Hope so.. I hate source.. Bought it and played it for a total of 30 mins.
