do you actually have the plugins installed or just the names added to your plugins.ini ? and the last error looks simple enough, it looks like you have not installed the dictionary file that would normally be downloaded from the same place as the plugin. If you don't have the amx files installed then just edit your plugins.ini file and remove them.

everything is installed all the amxx files didn't no there was a dictionary for a map manager also seems like after I switched flags on my custom flag plug in nobody can get into the server ??
