Anyone know of the legalities of porting dod 3.1 to the Source engine as a mod, legal or not?

I would say so long as you are not making a profit off it, no problem. But I don't know. Why do you have the source code? That would be great as I could then make a new module that would directly interact with the dod.dll allowing things to be added and moddified or even taken away.rnrnCheers!
