Anyone ever added light to some dark rooms with bspedit? I've tried to use the spot light but can't seem to get anything to show up. Any ideas.

entities are ,,shooting,, by the server (to the player).nthat means.. the modded .bsp must running on the server. the players(clients) can have the normal unmodded .bsp but will see the entities of the b.sp that is running on the server!

i doubt you can do anything with lights...nncause the lighting is compiled during the hlrad (iirc) process and is compiled into the map

if it's an all over edit for the map lighting then you can use a hl util called darkulator

Ya I've used the darkulator to darken up the map quite a bit. The problem is outside it looks great but in the buildings it is pitch black. I'll take a look at the plugin to see if I can add a lamp here and there.rnrnThanks
