Has anyone managed to setup quark 6.6 to use with dod 1.3 ?rnany help appreciated. It looks like the quake army kniife website is dead :(

The Quark website isn't dead, it has moved to rnrnhttp://quark.sourceforge.net/rnrncause IGN has stopped hosting websites.
