I think read somewhere recently within this forum about the capability to either point or select something while in-game. I don't recall to what plugin or function it was referring to, but I thought that this was an interesting capability if it could be utilized to its full potential.rnrnImagine for a moment that an admin is spectating an individual (camera follow), and all he has to do is right-click on that individual to open a menu to ban him if they deem it necessary.rnrnI believe that this functionality could include other functions as well like maybe just slapping or burying an individual. Maybe even moving the individual to another team or changing that player's name or even obtaining the player's SteamID and/or IP.rnrnAlmost any function that could be applied from an Administrative perspective to an individual player.rnrnThe overall benefit, if plausible, is that it could reduce the possibility of applying something to the wrong individual. I have, and I have seen other admins on other servers kick or ban the wrong individual only to have to go through another exercise of unbanning that person, meanwhile the person who was intended to be banned, has left the server and this leaves the admin to have to find another means of banning the individual as was intended after the fact.rnrnSo, is this do-able?

OK, I found the thread, it was in reference to the binoculars, somebody described the method of using the overview and firemarkers were also mentioned. But, rather than using some method like that, possibly "hook" (if this is the right term) to the player being spec'd. The bottom of the screen already shows the player in question, so the plugin could take that info and any action by the admin would be applied to that individual.
