Since the British lack a heavy mg such as the 30cal or MG42, would it be possible to mod the 30cal into the British army (they did use this weapon anyway) rnthanks

It would be almost impossible to get a menu item giving that option. However it could be done that you circumvent the image menu's and just have a text menu for class selection. It would probably cause consternation, but oh well. In that menu you could have the 4 Brit classes already there and add a 5th class called HMG or some such. When someone selects that it would spawn them with a Bren gun strip them of that weapon and then give them a 30 cal and 2 x ammo boxes for it.rnrnCheers!

Idk if you are familiar with coding a plugin but perhaps the easiest way to do this is a BSP edit where you leave a MG42, MG34 or .30 cal in spawn. Downside is since this gun respawns after a certain amount of time that you can't really limit it.rnrnLet me know what you prefer.
