I know this isn't a DoD specific plugin but I was wondering if anyone seen a TK Plugin like this? Also if this is in the wrong section can one of the moderators/admins change it please?

Their is that chicken plugin were u can turn people into chickens and such....see if I can find it.

No it's not :P I had chicken but got sick of people asking me the whole time to turn them and also sick of people turning themselves to chickens

well im doing some final testing on an update to my gore plugin that will add explosion body gibs (that dont crash linux servers..)nnand it would probably be basically the same thing..njust change the body gibs to chickens or whatever.. and add a check for TK.. nnbut since the current dodx is messed up with TKs.. not too sure how good it would work...

ATAC is much better. Be nice if someone ported it back to amxx and made it an evil admin2 plugin where admins could choose out of the 12 options of punishments. I wish I had my version still, I remember at the end of the map I would always rocket the entire server into the air! lmao.
