From the first post

A plugin where a certain class (like Zook or Special) would be given the ability to setup barricades or sandbags manually. I realize if too many on the map it would crash the server, so maybe some sort of check of how many there are and can't increase 5 per team, per say?. Also, they would be about the same height as the current sandbags so BAR's and MG's can deploy on them.

http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=52927rnrnI've used this plenty of times in our server and even altered the model so it looks more realistic. It's an awesome plugin, but everyone has to download the model. Just the mdl on fast downloads though and it's not that bad.

it needs the fakemeta module which already comes with amxxnnif you have the latest (or maybe 1 of the latest) versions of amxx, it should automatically enable itself when needed... otherwise you need to uncomment it in the modules.ini file (amxmodx/configs/)nnbut theres a lot of plugins that use fakemeta, so you very well might already have it enabled.. and if its not.. it will give an error telling you
