wilson will this make it to where you push the key take them prisoner and you dont have to keep the key held down. kinda makes it hard when you have to hold the key down and talk and walk and strafe. is that possible or is that what this one does.

There is no need to bind a key. What you do is when the enemy in front of you is standing completely still, you stand behind them, press your USE key (default set at: E) and hold it and walk backwards.nnIf you wish to see this for yourself, join my server and try it out.

Dont feel sorry, Im Dutch and I suck at English as well. At the moment you are running amxmodx 1.76, I really suggest you update it to either 1.81 or 1.82. There is a large chance that the reason that you can't run this plugin is due to an outdated amxmodx version.
