From the first post

A simple plugin that will create an explosion sprite for grenades, mortars and rockets.
nThe thing with using this is, it will render the explosion sprite even if the player has cl_particlefx set to off.
nIt will also create a sparks sprite when a player's knife, shovel or bayonette strikes a world object.
nIt works by hooking the creation of a decal on the world or an entity from using those weapons. And then creates a sprite at the same location.
nYou can mess around with it and subtitute/add whatever sprites you want for some crazy effects.
n
nCVar (Optional - Will default to Enable)
nweaponsprites_enable <0|1> // plugin enable/disable (Default = 1 )

Why would you need that done? You can do it yourself fairly easy, just prior to compiling it. Need to figure out a redirect to amxmodx.org compiler, mine no longer works...
