Plugin for incoming players - DoD Plugins Archive

I was wondering if it would be possible to make a plugin that would assign players to spec as they are joining the server. We seem to have players that when they are joining get adding to a team. Then we have the players balance them out, then the incoming player joins and messes things up.

i have this fixed in the DoD Block Exploits plugin... so the attached file is just the connecting team fix on its own..
