nThis program enables a high precision multimedia timer in Windows to allow higher then default tic rates in HLDS. It uses barely any resources and is a better alternative to the solution provided by Valve as found here (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5386-HMJI-5162) way down at the bottom of the page. Anyway, it's nothing fancy and just loads into the systray. Right click the systray icon to exit.

BTW, that's just the base. If anyone wants the whole Visual Studio project crap (about 8mb), let me know.

One more thing, even though the -pingboost option is supposed to be for Linux only, I found that it did make a difference with performance as well on Windows, most notably when the server was filling up 20+ players. In my case with Win Serv 2003 setting pingboost to 2 worked the best but could be different for others. It's probably a good idea to fool around with it 1,2,or 3 and see what you get when the server is full. Setting it to 3 gave massively shit server FPS dipping down to 30 below and CPU usage spiked insanely.
